Cow Tower, Norwich
Cow Tower was built in 1398 and was part of Norwich's city defences in the 14th Century.
The gate was put on a couple of years ago, probably to stop people sleeping rough in it and dumping litter...
Love the marks on the walls, presumably showing where floors and stairs used to be.
Not so sure about the photo, but better to put something up than leave the blog dormant for too long ;-)
