R.I.P John Peel, 30/8/39 - 25/10/04
Although he died on 25th October, today is John Peel Day in memory of his last ever show on Radio 1.
A world-wide legend and inspiration to so many, his passion for music showed no bounds.
In this context it's strangely disconcerting that the Undertakers appear above the Undertones in the Guinness Book of Hit Singles!!
